Parcel boundaries representation of data for 2024-2048 Five year Forecast Data compiled from AMANDA development permits. Development permits includes Business, Commercial, and Industrial. Each permits status are completed, approved, pending, and under construction. Complete means permit is to completion where construction and process is finished. Approved means permit is approved but construction has yet to begun. Under construction means location construction is permitted and construction in process. Pending means the permitting process require additional information and approval. Permits might have multiple property record thus more than 2 parcel boundaries can represent feature boundaries.<\/SPAN><\/P>

Data are curated as is from the PBCE AMANDA export of the development permits. Locations and APN might not be correct since permits can be affected by the following issues (permit ties to incorrect property record(s), permit is missing property records, AMANDA input error or typo on attributes, property record and APN is outdated, or permits status is incorrect). <\/SPAN><\/P>
